The hotel staff was so gracious. the location near the train station was very convenient for exploring. i found the room very clean and the bathroom was very well appointed. the breakfast buffet presented a wide variety of options, it was quite nice.

i found the pillows a little too soft for my preference.

i found the location very convenient. the nankai train from kansai airport arrives directly at the hotel. the station exit on level 3 provided direct elevator access to the hotel, so i really appreciated this. check-in was smooth, and my room felt large.

the room was clean. the staff was kind and helpful, i am grateful! city views were great too.

i found the shower over the bath disappointing. it was hard to get into the bath and the edge was very high, it is unlucky. the only solution was to shower in the gym, unbelievable.

The location is certainly convenient with easy access to transportation.

The room showed significant wear and tear. The bathroom looked outdated and not as clean as I expected. The overall condition did not match the standards typically associated with this class of hotel. I found the lack of upkeep quite disappointing.

the location is excellent. it provides easy access to the airport via the nankai rapid express. the hotel is also connected to the underground subway and popular shopping districts. takashimaya is conveniently located right below the hotel, and many shopping areas are within a short walk.

the hotel is showing some age, with carpets, entry door and some furniture showing signs of wear.

central location japanese choices short walk

the hotel is wonderfully located above the namba rail station. this made it easy to get around. the breakfast buffet offered both western and japanese choices (i especially liked the miso soup!). we found many shopping and dining options nearby. dotombori is just a short walk away.

the room i had was a bit far from the elevator.
