Acceptable Stay with Cleaning and Service Issues

The staff weren't particularly friendly. I also found some dust on the head of the bed (it was annoying). The view from the room faced a parking lot. The minibar was meager. It included only two bottles of water. More drink options should have been available without having to buy from a vending machine (I think).

the rooftop bar was a lovely perk. the bakery in the lounge offered fantastic coffee, bread, and pastries. i especially enjoyed the convenient access to the subway and nearby temples.

i booked a basement room without prior notice. this surprised me, especially as someone with claustrophobia. i felt compelled to pay for an upgrade.

The bakery located in the lobby offered fresh baked goods. I found the location easily accessible to nearby attractions. The shower was very good, A REAL PLUS.

The staff's attitude WAS disappointing. They seemed more attentive to local guests.
