comfortable bed spacious room small size better hotels

The room was spacious. It included a comfortable bed. The lobby also featured great food and coffee. I found the staff very friendly.

It was hard to get them to do anything or help. The hotel is on the smaller side for this area. There were much better hotels right next door.

The staff weren't particularly friendly. I also found some dust on the head of the bed (it was annoying). The view from the room faced a parking lot. The minibar was meager. It included only two bottles of water. More drink options should have been available without having to buy from a vending machine (I think).

the rooftop bar was a lovely perk. the bakery in the lounge offered fantastic coffee, bread, and pastries. i especially enjoyed the convenient access to the subway and nearby temples.

i booked a basement room without prior notice. this surprised me, especially as someone with claustrophobia. i felt compelled to pay for an upgrade.
