the pool access was quite limited it was only open to children for a very short period each morning this was disappointing since i chose this hotel partly for the pool i also would have liked more facial skincare products available in the room. i expected a wider range of amenities for the price.

Wonderful Stay!

The room layout was quite nice, especially since I was upgraded to a Junior Suite King Room. The hotel location within the central train station is very convenient for travel. I found the breakfast buffet at le Temps AMAZING!!! It had Japanese omelettes, various types of smoked fish, and fresh fruit juices.

The staff gave me the wrong card to open the room. They seemed to not know how the card worked, and that raised some security concerns. I hope this is addressed to prevent future issues.

The hotel provides direct access to the train station. This allows for quick and easy transportation to other locations. There are also many shops and restaurants within the station itself, nice for lots of dining and shopping options.

Le Temps offers a breakfast buffet, and I appreciated the variety. I saw many Japanese and Western selections, including good bread and croissants. The staff at breakfast was very efficient and friendly.

My room provided ample space to set down suitcases. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the room was very clean. Daily delivery of an English paper was a nice bonus.

The central train station provides ideal access to all parts. The hotel is a short walk from arrival and departure on the bullet train. Many subway lines are available, and , made visiting tourist sites easy.

the breakfast included japanese omelettes. i also enjoyed the various types of smoked fish. the concierge staff was helpful , when i needed to replace hearing aid batteries.

the swimming hours for children were very limited , from 7 am to 9 am.

i found the hotel's location directly above the train station convenient. accessing various train lines was very easy. the staff were helpful and always ready to assist with directions and information. the room layout worked well for me.

The pool access policy seemed a bit restrictive for families. I wish the hours were more flexible.
