the free hotel shuttle to the station was useful.
The room was tiny and there was nowhere to store my clothes. I kept tripping over my suitcase. the lounge offered gin but no tonic, annoying!

The staff were very friendly, cute, and helpful . The shuttle service to and from the station proved very useful (i appreciated this service).
The breakfast experience was a bit chaotic. The restaurant was small, with guests unintentionally bumping into each other due to limited space.

Really good Gion Experience!

great attentioncomplimentary shuttleconvenient locationeasy access
The staff demonstrated GREAT attention to detail. I received a thoughtful gift upon learning about my honeymoon. The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to the train station. It ran hourly and was very convenient. The hotel's location was close to many attractions. I easily accessed Kodai-ji and Kiyomizu-dera.
The public bath was nice, but it did lack a sauna.
