The room had high standards. Rooms were very quiet here. A convenience store operated 24 hours, I found it useful. Staff was really wonderful and helpfull.

The elevators were slow, so I had to wait.

clean onsen convenient store taxi availability easy transfer

the onsen on the 4th floor was a highlight with its cleanliness. a lawson's convenience store is conveniently located on the same floor. i appreciated taxis waiting at the hotel's port cochere. this made transfers easy with luggage.

the room felt small, making it difficult to fully open my luggage without rearranging items.

the hotel location was convenient to the metro and train stations. eat street was also just down the road. the staff topped up our room amenities in person when needed. there was a lawsons store in the building. it was very handy for drinks.

check-in had to be done on computer terminals. it took a long time. receptionists were present but only pointed to the terminals. i also had to reserve a time slot for the gym.

slow elevators complicated check-in

the location wasn't bad, i guess, since it was sort of near the train station.

good luck with the elevators. i swear i spent half my time waiting for one, it was like a real mission just to get to the lobby. and the room? so tiny, i could barely swing a cat, not that i had one. also, the check-in process was just overly complicated with the machine, i was like i needed a degree to operate it.

Okay location, but disappointing room and check-in

bad check-in cramped room

The hotel's location was acceptable because it was within walking distance of main train stations.

The check-in system was bad and took a long time. It seemed high tech, but the back end was useless. the room was very cramped. The hotel seemed designed purely for practicality.
