The breakfast buffet offered an excellent array of choices and a pleasant atmosphere. The laundry facilities included both washing and drying machines, very helpful. The staff were cute and made sure my room was on the same floor as my friends. This was a nice touch!

The washing machines and tumble dryers were easy to use and very efficient. the vending machine was always stocked. the entire hotel was super clean. i honestly couldn't say enough nice things about the staff. They helped us post postcards and transport our luggage.

the service could have been better. i called the front desk to request a third pair of disposable slippers for a room with three occupants, and i was told to collect them myself at the front desk.

The staff were polite. They addressed any questions I had. Breakfast offered many choices including diverse ingredients labels. I liked free coffee and the ice machine. These were good additions. Coin-operated washing machines were available too. This helped me a lot.

Rooms are very small. There isn't much space for luggage. The toilet was positioned in a corner. It felt cramped, especially with limited legroom. There was no cupboard space. This made unpacking difficult. The limited hangers made it difficult to properly store clothes.

location were pretty central to all the action. we got a breakfast on the first day, it was a great treat. the staffs were really helpful with directions. the room and bed was comfy, i slept good.

there aren't many storage in the room at all, i wish there was more place to put our stuff.

The staff was helpful AND friendly. The shower in my room was REALLY great. I appreciated the extra services (like being able to borrow umbrellas!). They helped with luggage shipping.

central location but some issues

The room was quite small. There wasn't much space to move around even though i booked a 'beautiful double room non-smoking'. also, i found the air conditioning unit to be positioned so it blew directly onto the bed. It made sleeping a little uncomfortable. i had trouble adjusting it to a more suitable angle or intensity, and it made the room too cold at times. the noise from the street at night was noticeable, even from a high floor. It did affect my sleep quality, unfortunately.
