The staff was helpful AND friendly. The shower in my room was REALLY great. I appreciated the extra services (like being able to borrow umbrellas!). They helped with luggage shipping.

The room I booked was small (COZY), but still manageable.

central location but some issues

The room was quite small. There wasn't much space to move around even though i booked a 'beautiful double room non-smoking'. also, i found the air conditioning unit to be positioned so it blew directly onto the bed. It made sleeping a little uncomfortable. i had trouble adjusting it to a more suitable angle or intensity, and it made the room too cold at times. the noise from the street at night was noticeable, even from a high floor. It did affect my sleep quality, unfortunately.
