The room was very spacious. It had fabulous views from the 27th floor. The hotel is close to the metro and train station, and I appreciated that it was within walking distance to Dotonburi.

The bedroom design felt strange. The only sink was inside the wardrobe, I found that impractical. I also experienced some issues with the Concierge. They seemed to lack local knowledge when I asked for restaurant recommendations. The standard in the room did not match a 5-star quality standard.

Staff were really friendly and they helped send on forgotten hair straighteners. many staff spoke english well. the room was ready early and it was immaculate. the location is good, just a short walk into dotonbori. i really appreciated the cleaning service option. I loved the press of a button addition.

i could hear the train every 2 minutes, all night. it was noisy and very hard to sleep.

The breakfast offered a variety of choices, including thai, western, and japanese options. i especially enjoyed the japanese breakfast. a seattle coffee shop is nearby. It features great coffee and friendly staff.

the concierge desk had an helpful and knowledgeable woman. she advised about train tickets and routes around the city. she assisted with our onward journey, her service deserves a gold star.

the hotel bar seemed nice, and it provides bites, a good option to eat at the hotel. an ice maker is on each floor for guest use. lawsons and conveyor belt sushi are in the building next to the hotel.

i got a great view from my room. the room are clean and super clean. i had a spa and it was fantastic. i could see the city from the 33rd floor.

at the rooftop restaurant, i had to pay a table charge. it was strange. the drinks were subpar. it was hard to find a waiter, and sometimes they brought snacks and water and sometimes they didnt.

i found the bars, especially the rooftop one, very enjoyable. the breakfast was good, and the staff and rooms were nice, considering it's a large hotel. the baggage storage for check-in and check-out was also efficient. the location is great for visiting the city, a real plus.

The train noise at night was very present, i could hear it until 1 am and starting again at 5 am. it made a good night's sleep almost impossible. It was a minor issue.
