The hotel connects directly to the station. Walking to the hotel on the 2nd floor proved convenient, especially with luggage. A whole floor of great restaurants is accessible just down the escalator at reception. The automated machines made check-in and check-out quick.

The staff greeted everyone with a morning greeting at breakfast, very cute. They addressed my cutlery request immediately. Every staff member greeted me as i passed. It felt sincere and nice.

The location is near the station. This makes travel easy. A supermarket is in B1. Many restaurants are on the 8th floor. I found it all very convenient. The hotel is located in a busy area.

I was thrilled to find a restaurant downstairs open late at night. The hotel provided drip pods, I could drink tasty coffee in my room. Lots of food options are located in the building under the hotel, I found it easy to find what i wanted.

impersonal check-inpeculiar design
The check-in process felt oddly impersonal due to the self-service terminals. I might as well have been checking in for a budget airline. the room had a peculiar design. The narrow opening of the trash bin made it almost useless. I struggled to fit a simple coffee cup inside.

The location is very convenient, close to the train station and a mall. The mall provides lots of shopping and dining options. The staff was very friendly and helped me arrange delivery of my baggage to my next destination. I appreciated a laundry area in the hotel.. it proved very helpful.

The automated check-in system felt impersonal , and it was quite BUSY at peak times. There were long queues to use the machines , which was not the welcome i had hoped for. My room was smaller than expected , even considering it is japan. Also , i found the lack of daily garbage disposal inconvenient .
