i had a studio double room . it felt spacious, and i appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette,.. complete with a microwave. the room also included a modern air purifier.

the bathroom lacked ventilation, so there was a slight odor after the door was closed.

i found the bathroom quite SMALL. it seemed almost prefabricated and lacked comfort. the view from my room was not appealing. ALSO, the hotel felt impersonal and lacked a personal touch. this PREVENTED me from feeling at ease . the service was not as attentive AS i would have hoped.

the check-in process was not smooth. i requested an early check-in but received no response beforehand. upon arrival, i faced a considerable wait. later, i learned early check-in was exclusive to members, only communicated after a long delay..
