the room was very spacious and clean. the breakfast delivered to the room was a nice touch. i loved the large jacuzzi in the suite. it was wonderful to have it all to myself after a long day (it felt so luxurious!).

the staff acted professionally. they were courteous. they were helpful in providing information about local attractions. the room was spacious, i liked the hot tub. i also enjoyed the breakfast in bed, it was a great start to my mornings.
the soundproofing could use some improvement. i could clearly hear noises from the hallway. it was a bit disruptive. overall, the facility showed some wear and tear, a minor drawback.
