Skyline Hotel & Waterpark offers accommodations, including family suites with bunk beds. Bunk Bed Family Suites have two queen-size beds and a bunk bed, accommodating up to six guests. Falls Avenue dining
The Skyline Hotel & Waterpark is connected to restaurants on Falls Avenue through an indoor skyway. Perkins Family Restaurant, located in the hotel, offers hearty breakfast options. Other options include the Rainforest Cafe with animatronic creatures, Hard Rock Cafe with a tex-mex menu and rock memorabilia, Niagara Brewing Company with local craft beers, and Massimo's Italian Fallsview Restaurant with Italian cuisine. There is also the Always Refreshing Soda Shop, with a 1950s diner theme and Hershey's Chocolate World which features chocolate treats.
Entertainment and leisure
The hotel provides direct access to the 3-acre Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, featuring 16 waterslides and a wave pool. Guests also receive four two-day passes to the waterpark. The enclosed courtyards offer a quiet space for relaxation. Movie nights are held in the courtyard when the waterpark is open. The hotel is located at the entrance to Casino Niagara, which features gaming tables and slot machines. The hotel is located in Clifton Hill, Niagara's popular tourist area.

Primary parking is located in the 7-story indoor covered parking structure directly across from the hotel for $23 per day. The hotel provides access to attractions, dining, and shops. It is close to the Rainbow Bridge (1 km), Guinness World Records Museum (0.5 km), and Bird Kingdom (0.5 km).
