“What I found notable is how this vintage hotel seems to balance its historic charm with contemporary updates, especially as a venue for events. The location, overlooking the harbor in a quieter part of town, makes it a relaxing base, and the dining-particularly at Tiara Restaurant-appears to be a true highlight.”

excellent experience

great setting dining options
I really liked that the setting was great and i could easily walk to town. the dining options were good. A formal restaurant and a casual bar with a patio are available. the pool and gardens were amazing. I spent a lot of time there.
i found a spot beside the parking lot, and it wasn't ideal. it was difficult to open the window blinds because of privacy concerns.

Fantastic Event Venue!

seamless organization superb coordination helpful coordinator nice weekend
I attended an event at this hotel, and the organization was excellent from start to finish! Setting up the conference rooms was seamless. Meals and snacks were well-coordinated. Kelly Baranik, the coordinator, was especially helpful. Her assistance made the weekend nice.
My only minor issue was the limited privacy, as my room faced the parking lot, restricting my ability to open the window blinds.
Location
9/10
The hotel is near the city center, easy to explore local attractions (I enjoyed walking to the shops!). A convenient shuttle service to the town is available to guests.
Dining
8/10
The on-site restaurant is excellent, though somewhat pricey. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
Rooms
9/10
The bed in my room was very comfortable. The room also had two separate sinks, very convenient. I had great views to the dock.
Service
10/10
The staff were friendly and always greeted guests with a smile. The front desk check-in was seamless. Housekeeping provided evening turndown service and left a flower on the bed, a nice touch!
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offers a pool and hot tub. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. These facilities contributed to a relaxing stay.
