decent stay with some minor issues
excellent location friendly staff fresh brownies dated hotel dusty room small bathroom
The location is excellent. It is just a short walk to the park. the staff was very friendly and offered all-day coffee. i appreciated the freshly made brownies upon my arrival.
i noticed the hotel seems somewhat dated. the room was not thoroughly cleaned, and i observed dust. the bathroom was also quite small.

convenient location safe area easy access
i found the location convenient. it was a short walk to the main attractions and the surrounding area felt safe. i appreciated being able to easily access the river and the park.
the breakfast area felt quite chaotic. it was hard to find a table and the food selection was minimal.

Great location for falls adventure
ideal location complimentary breakfast available parking
I found the hotel's location ideal as it was a short walk to the main attractions. The complimentary breakfast each morning helped start the day. Parking was always available, a definite plus.
I noticed the hallway carpets had stains (they could use a refresh).

The front desk provided prompt assistance with directions. Staff quickly opened an overflow room at breakfast when seating became limited. Breakfast staff also worked to keep the area clean.

The hotel provides easy access to the park, roughly a five-minute walk. Nearby are multiple dining options available. The location is very convenient for exploring the area.

The room had comfortable beds (I slept really well). My room also featured a spacious layout. There was coffee and tea in the lobby, convenient.

The buffet breakfast offered many options. The hotel location was very close to attractions. The room included a king bed, i SLEPT wonderfully.
the ice machine on my floor was out of order.
