polite staff cute receptionist comfortable stay dirty comforter broken door basic breakfast
the staff members were polite. on check in, the receptionist was cute. the room had everything i needed for a stay. it was comfortable.
the comforter for the bed was not changed. the ac isnt cooling the room. the door at the bathroom was broken. breakfast included just muffins and coffee.

Fantastic Hotel Experience
helpful staff spacious suite dining options hot meals
The staff proved very helpful, ensuring I secured a taxi quickly. My Suite was spacious and well maintained. I found many dining options near the hotel. It was easy to enjoy local cuisine. The room service delivered hot meals in a timely manner.
I had some very minor difficulties with the television remote. Its batteries required replacement.

The fitness center had updated equipment, including four treadmills. I also saw free weights and several machines for strength training. Hotel guests can maintain their workout routines. I find this very convenient.

My room had a king-size bed with comfortable linens. I slept soundly each night. The bathroom include a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. This allowed for relaxation after a long day. A work desk also helped me.

early check-in excellent recommendation hotel amenities
the staff helped find a room quickly when i arrived early for check-in. it included an upgrade. the staff gave excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants and clearly explained all the hotel amenities.
the parking at the hotel garage was expensive.

This location provides laundry on site and includes a continental breakfast. Plus, suites come with full kitchens that contain coffee machines, kettles, plates, and all the amenities for longer stays. It is a huge bonus.

decent stay but some issues noticed
small breakfast area coffee queue
my stay wasn't terrible, but some things need attention. the breakfast area is small, it got crowded. the selection wasn't excellent, mostly muffins and fruit. the coffee machine always had a line, it made getting a cup an ordeal.

The suite had a kitchen setup. It helped. The bathtub was nice. The laundry room was helpful. All staff were friendly.
The ventilation system was very loud. It did not work well. Turning off took many tries because the controls did not work properly.
