Awesome Stay!

fast elevator convenient location

the elevators were fast, I waited very little. the location was amazing, there was easy access to the train station. I found many restaurants nearby and convenient transit options. I had a GREAT stay.

the hotel parking cost twice as much as the green p parking garage next door, I did not learn this until after my stay.

The room included a king bed. It felt so comfortable. the design was modern, a great feature. The room had very little hallway noise, which ensured a quiet night.

the pool was amazing and great for relaxation. the hot tub provided a perfect way to unwind, and i loved it. I also found it great for my cardio workout.

the staff at the front desk were helpful and amazing, so friendly. They accommodated my request to leave my luggage before check-in, a VERY appreciated gesture. They allowed me to explore the city.

I found the hotel had a very quick check-in process. The room featured a very large, quiet space. Breakfast at Cafe Nicole had fresh food. It also offered more choices than a standard buffet.

The shower heads operation in the room was a bit strange for me.

the gym was quite nice it is a helpful amenity

i found the bathroom disappointing it did not match the website photos the toilet was awkwardly placed against the door there was no shelf for toiletries and the sink sloped downward i would probably not stay here again

the location was fine , close to the places i needed to be.

The room i booked , a superior king room renovated , was quite disappointing. also , the tv remote didn't work initially . I had to call maintenance to get it fixed. it was a nuisance i didn't expect at that price point.

The location is central. st lawrence market is just around the corner. We loved that. it is also a short walk from union station. It makes access easy, specially coming from the airport.
