noisy ac soft pillows

The staff were efficient at reception during arrival and check-out. That part went smoothly.

The heater kept trying to cook me at 25 celcius. It was way too high for comfort, so i tried using the ac, but it was so loud and kept switching on and off and i didn't get any sleep. the pillows were also way too soft for me:.

The toilet did not work when I checked in and it overflowed. Maintenance staff acknowledged a defect and moved me to another room. That second room also had issues later in my stay. The hold amount on my card took two weeks to be released which is too long.

the staff are friendly! i loved the convenient location. the cafe was surprisingly good, offering tasty options. i would definitely stay there again!!!

i found the lack of counter space in the bathroom inconvenient. also, the absence of a light in the wardrobe made it difficult to see my clothes. the dark room did not help!!! curtains did not close fully allowing light in!!!
