The staff was attentive, especially during breakfast at 1 kitchen. I appreciated the nespresso machine in my city king. The gym was well-equipped, offering a good workout space.
The rooftop bar closed VERY early on some nights. Valet service was missing when I arrived, inconvenient. I found limited sun beds by the pool, crowded.

The rooftop server, kelly, was dismissive and took my drink before i finished it. She did not even ask if i was done. there was minimal eye contact. her behavior was tacky.

My room had HEATED floors in the bathroom. The hotel provides a house car for drop-offs, available on a first come, first serve basis.
The valet service was missing staff when I arrived. There was NO concierge to help with our bags initially.
