the hotel has an attached subway station. i easily accessed public transportation. the hotel also features a starbucks in the lobby. this provided convenient access to coffee and snacks. i requested extra towels. housekeeping promptly delivered them to my room.

the in-room safe required a bit of effort to operate.

front desk staff provided directions to nearby attractions. the check-in process was efficient and took only a few minutes. staff were helpful with luggage assistance and provided information about hotel amenities.

The hotel has subway access without needing to go outside. Several restaurants and a coffee shop are directly accessible from the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant inside the hotel was great too.

The bathroom lacked a secure door, allowing minimal privacy.

The hotel offers a great dinner and breakfast option. I noticed the TRIO Restaurant breakfast had always fresh options and delicious food. The professional service added to the experience (the orange juice was freshly squeezed).
