comfortable beds clean room useful microwave

I got a standard room two queen beds! it was awesome. the beds were super comfortable and the room was really clean. i also liked that the room had a microwave. It was very useful.

The ice machine on my floor was out of service. I had to go to another floor!

the staff were very friendly. the hotel was quiet and clean. it was a simple stay.

the parking was expensive. i did not like that they charged an additional 4% for using the facilities even when i did not use them.

The location was indeed great. I will give them that much.

They stuck me on a lower floor. I had booked a room with a falls view, or so I thought. What I actually saw were garbage trucks. It wasn't quite the scenic vista I was hoping for.

Fallsview Room Charm

lovely view adjacent rooms convenient transport good location

The room provided an excellent view of the falls. The staff at check-in were nice and accommodated our request for adjacent rooms. A WEGO bus stop was conveniently close and provided quick transport around the city I found this very helpful. The location was also good.

The gym lacked air conditioning making it difficult to exercise comfortably for extended periods.

The room included a large window with a direct view. There was also a coffee maker with complimentary coffee pods available. Two bedside lamps offered convenient lighting for reading before sleeping. The room also included a television with cable access.

On-site breakfast was available for a fee providing a convenient dining option. Complimentary Wi-Fi access was provided throughout the hotel and worked well. The hotel featured a dedicated guest parking area with in and out privileges. The premises are clean
