clean room quiet atmosphere easy check-in
I found the location to be ideal, near the casino and other attractions. The room was very clean, and I appreciated how quiet it was. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, requiring very little time and effort.
I noticed the single elevator became quite busy around breakfast time.

the location provided easy access to nearby attractions. i appreciated the decent shower and bath. the free breakfast offered a good start to the day, though the eating area got crowded.

Comfortable Stay Near the Attractions

I got a room on a higher floor with a view. The room included a balcony. A sliding door provided fresh air. The bathroom featured a walk-in shower. Coupons for a nearby restaurant were welcome and used.
I found the elevator a bit small. It did cause a short wait sometimes.

The room included two queen beds. There were sufficient outlets for charging devices. The room size was adequate, which helped us feel relaxed .

The breakfast had many options. There was a waffle station, which allowed guests to cook their waffles. I saw eggs and sausage frequently restocked by staff. They worked very hard.

I found the staff to be busy and efficient. During a full Friday, parking assistance was available. The staff was friendly, and ready to answer all questions.

The hotel is located near the incline railway. A WEGO bus stop is also nearby. The parking lot has staff to help park your car when the hotel is full.
The hallways had a slight unpleasant odor.

underwhelming stay
the pool was available for use.
The noise level from outside was unbelievable. Loud music played until late at night and made sleep difficult. I really was annoyed by that.

updated hotel clean place nice touch
the staff answered all our questions. they advised us of the amenities. i received a welcome bag with water and snacks. it was a nice touch. the hotel has been updated. the place is very clean. it is steps away from the park.
parking felt a little tricky. but it was free right at the hotel.

cramped breakfast area higher parking fee
i found a couple of issues . the breakfast area was quite cramped. a sign even stated a 20-minute time limit for breakfast (it felt a bit like being in a cafeteria). also, the parking fee was higher than nearby private lots. the hotel felt rather worn.
