Three-bedroom villas have a master bedroom with a king-size bed, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and another with two twins or one queen; each bedroom includes a full bathroom. Guest houses range from one to five bedrooms; Tabby House offers two-bedroom suites with kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms, fireplaces, porches, balconies, and a cookout patio. The Familia Meadows House is a four-bedroom beach cottage with a dining area, gourmet kitchen, living room loft, and covered patio. The King & Prince Resort includes St Simons Island restaurants. ECHO, the island's only oceanfront restaurant, is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and specializes in Southern plates. The Cottage Custard + Coffee offers frozen custard and Wake Up Coffee, featuring a fire pit, sitting area, and a castle playground. The poolside Sea Shack Bar + Bites, open seasonally, provides burgers, salads, sandwiches, cocktails, beer, and wine. 100 Tabbystone, at The King and Prince Golf Course's clubhouse, showcases American fare for lunch and dinner, drinks, and a curated bourbon collection. Breakfast hours are from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM, Thursday through Saturday.
