Suites in the Historic Main Building include the two-story Governor's Suite, the St Simons Suite, the connecting Junior Suite, and eight oceanfront Cabana rooms; each features a parlor and private patio. Premium Oceanfront Rooms in the Historic Main Building and Oceanfront Building have king beds or double queens. Deluxe Rooms, located in the Main Historic Building and Oleander Building, have outdoor balconies and offer king or two queen beds. Resort View Rooms in the Historic Main Building have views of the resort grounds and gardens, with king or two queen-size beds. Standard Rooms in the Oglethorpe Building include two queen beds and a kitchenette. Beach villas have one to two bedrooms with a private patio or balcony. Two-bedroom villas feature a master bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with one queen bed or two twin beds, two full bathrooms, a living and dining room, and a kitchen with appliances and cookware. Three-bedroom villas have a master bedroom with a king-size bed, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and another with two twins or one queen; each bedroom includes a full bathroom. Guest houses range from one to five bedrooms; Tabby House offers two-bedroom suites with kitchens, dining rooms, living rooms, fireplaces, porches, balconies, and a cookout patio. The Familia Meadows House is a four-bedroom beach cottage with a dining area, gourmet kitchen, living room loft, and covered patio. The Live Oak House includes four bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a gas range, a front porch, and a master bedroom with a private porch. The Beach House has three bedrooms and a rooftop deck. The Canopy House features four bedrooms, outdoor porches, a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen. The Hampton House is a five-bedroom beach home with four bathrooms, living and dining areas, screened-in porches, and an outdoor patio. The Wynn Cottage has one bedroom, a kitchen with cherry cabinetry, and appliances.

The King & Prince Resort includes St Simons Island restaurants. ECHO, the island's only oceanfront restaurant, is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and specializes in Southern plates. The Cottage Custard + Coffee offers frozen custard and Wake Up Coffee, featuring a fire pit, sitting area, and a castle playground. The poolside Sea Shack Bar + Bites, open seasonally, provides burgers, salads, sandwiches, cocktails, beer, and wine. 100 Tabbystone, at The King and Prince Golf Course's clubhouse, showcases American fare for lunch and dinner, drinks, and a curated bourbon collection. Breakfast hours are from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM, Thursday through Saturday.
