Elegant Stay with Really good Hospitality

The room was exquisitely furnished. Aniket Malap from housekeeping ensured my room was always immaculate and cute. The gym had a very comprehensive setup (I loved the variety of equipment). Sakshi provided excellent service during the cocktail hour.

The telephone in my room was not working. This made it difficult to contact reception.

Breakfast, served by Tanmoy and Ayushri, was a highlight with a diverse range of options. The buffet selections were broad, offering both Indian and global flavors to satisfy any palate. The staff in the dining area were amazing, always attentive to our needs.

the room was not cleaned to A satisfactory standard. i found dust in several areas, including on the desk and bedside tables. furthermore, the mini-bar was not properly stocked, a DISAPPOINTMENT. there were also strange stains on the carpet that were not addressed . this level of cleanliness is UNACCEPTABLE for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

the door lock did not work well. i waited for over forty minutes outside my room for the repair. the room cleaning could be better too and it need attention
