perfect location kind staff warm atmosphere

we stayed three nights, and it felt magical. the location was perfect. it allowed us to explore and find relaxation. the staff was especially kind.

the extractor fan was quite loud.

Central Location and Friendly Staff

The staff was very helpful. They assisted with directions to the designated parking area and ensured i had access to my room after check-in. I also liked that the location was great. The room was quite clean and modern (exactly what I needed after a long day). I asked for an extra bed for one night and the staff were accommodating.

I couldn't lock my room door. the bathroom fan kept sticking. I had to wait a little for it to work properly.

The staff provided helpful directions to the allocated parking spot. They also promptly ensured access to my room after check-in. I found them generally very cute and helpful .

There is a pub downstairs, a feature I very much liked (it's very convenient). They serve nice guest ales. The overall atmosphere is cozy and inviting, very very relaxing.

The location offers easy access to the town center. It also provides proximity to various attractions, including the Britannia Naval College. I could easily explore the area and attend my work obligations.

The location was central. My room was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly at all times, A REAL asset.

I could not lock my room door correctly. The bathroom fan kept sticking. I had to wait a considerable time for it to start spinning, This was a bit of a nuisance.

the location proved convenient. it was easy to reach various points of interest.

the room's maintenance fell short. i observed damage on the door corner and a missing window handle. dampness with visible mold plagued the ceiling above the shower, which ruined the shower experience for me.

the location was great, right in the centre of everything. the staff were also very helpful and friendly . i found my room to be clean, the bed very comfortable (it was hard to get up in the morning!).
