lovely stay with great amenities

The hotel provided convenient on-site parking at no extra cost. the location was fantastic. I found it a short walk to the seafront and various shops and restaurants. my room offered a charming victorian touch and a very nice view.

The bistro closed earlier than advertised. Orders stopped at 7:45 p.m., this was a small inconvenience.

breakfast was a buffet with a full english option and a range of cereals. the starlight lounge provided good fun and the entertainment was of high quality. i enjoyed visiting the bistro by the outside pool and the offerings of beers, ciders, and food.

the indoor swimming pool was excellent, and my daughter especially enjoyed the games room. the self catering apartment had been recently decorated and that was a nice surprise. the staff was helpful and friendly, always making the experience great.

the car park was tight, made parking slightly inconvenient! though the hotel entrance was obscure.

everything i needed was available in one place, especially the entertainment, spa, and pools. i felt safe and comfortable . the staff at the spa pool were really good and valued customer comments. the facilities were very clean. the location was also a bonus, with everything within walking distance.

The dining room felt a little warm at times. A minor inconvenience.
