The staff were friendly and efficient. I really appreciated their help. breakfast was tasty and offered several choices! it really helped me start my days. the free car parking was super useful!

the hotel was a little dated! some of the furniture looked a bit worn.

comfortable beds nice selection quick response

i found the beds comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep each night. the breakfast included a nice selection of items. staff responded quickly to any requests, and i really appreciated their helpful attitudes.

the wi-fi signal was somewhat inconsistent in certain areas of the hotel!

friendly staff chinese restaurant cozy stay faulty shower challenging access missing support

the staff were very friendly i admired the excellent Chinese restaurant just across the road the heating kept my room comfortably warm ensuring a cozy stay

my shower did not work it looked permanently capped off i found access to the hotel challenging due to the step at the entrance i noticed the absence of a shower support in the bathroom

cold room dated decor

the room was very cold i couldn't adjust the thermostat at all the whole hotel was like it needed an update the decor was very old fashioned it was a bit depressing i also wanted to use the wifi in my room but it only worked in the downstairs public areas i had to sit in the cold lobby to use it that was annoying

coffee maker ensuite bathroom comfy bed cotton sheets

The room had a coffeemaker. This was very handy. i found the ensuite bathroom quite convenient. i slept soundly because the bed was comfy. the crisp, white cotton sheets and covers felt so refreshing. i liked the thoughtful touch with the folded end of the toilet roll.

the hotel is a bit out of town, but this was easily manageable.

breakfast included a full english option and other combinations. the staff in the breakfast area offered such a warm welcome, and it certainly made my mornings brighter and more enjoyable. the portions were perfectly sized.

Awesome Bargain Find!

clean room daily attention fresh towels great price

The breakfast included plenty of options, so I was fully satisfied. It was definitely really good value for money! I noticed that the staff cleaned the room daily. I got fresh towels. The price was really great too. It was a fantastic bargain for a quick getaway. The bar was also a plus, I could relax.

The dated decor needs a little updating, though it was perfectly acceptable for a short stay.

My room had two pillows, one thick and one thin. I loved having options for my comfort. The towel rail was conveniently located near the bathtub. The flat surface next to the tub held my toiletries.
