missing water bottles unavailable housekeeping

the location was really convenient for getting around. it was close to transit services. and that was ok.

the room was not great, though, i expected better. there were no water bottles in the room. and housekeeping wasn't available. the toilet and shower didn't have locks either.

unsafe kettle empty minibar

i encountered some issues . the provided kettle sprayed hot water at 95 degrees celsius. (this seemed like a safety hazard!) the minibar was also completely empty upon arrival. i think filling it would greatly improve the guest experience.
