a reasonable stay overall
mrt station airport bus smelly pillows poor ventilation
the location is advantageous the MTR quarry bay station is only a few minutes walk away. airport express bus a12 stops right in front of the hotel this made airport transfers very simple.
the pillows and bedsheets had a slight sweat smell i found this unpleasant. the ventilation in the room was not great the decor also looked somewhat dated.

Solid stay near Quarry Bay MTR
convenient location accommodating staff prompt replacement
I found the hotel location ideal, a short walk to the MTR station. The cleaning staff was accommodating and provided daily cleaning. Replacement of towels was prompt. I was able to get foam pillows, which I appreciated.
The hotel did not provide complimentary bottled water. I had to pay extra for it. I think this is a cheap move.

The hotel offers a daily breakfast with a selection of fruits. Hot dishes and an omelette station are available. A 7-Eleven and McDonald's are located near the hotel.

daily housekeeping professional service caring staff
daily housekeeping was very appreciated. the reception manager provided a professional service at check-in. all staff showed caring .
The wi-fi speed was slow. It was barely usable.
