The location is super convenient. Various shops and restaurants are nearby. Public transportation is easily accessible, with the MTR close! I also appreciated the helpful staff. They were always ready to assist.

Our family suite offered plenty of space, important. The room was kept clean, and fresh towels were provided daily! I also liked the spaciousness of the Family Suite, because it was very useful.

The hotel has necessary facilities, including a vending machine in the lobby. This vending machine sells toothbrushes and other bathroom items. I found this to be very practical, though some facilities may be closed.

The location offered convenient access to transportation. The triple room option provided ample space. The staff, especially mr chow, demonstrated helpfulness and kindness, really. He accommodated my request to change rooms and gave me other good alternatives.

The room lacked proper soundproofing, and i could hear noises from outside. The heater was not working, a major issue. The promised view did not really exist, even on the 15th floor.

I had issues with the room i was given. there was a bad smell, and the wallpaper was peeling. i also found no powerpoints near the beds, very inconvenient. the noise isolation was not good. I could easily hear doors slamming, it was annoying.
