i found the location very convenient near shopping centers. mtr access was close. i really liked the hands-free charger at the bedhead. i also appreciated the vending machine in the lobby.. it offered toiletries and drinks.

the room smelled of cigarette smoke and this was quite bothersome. the air purifier offered did little to mitigate the smell. i found this to be a significant inconvenience.

the counter staff were friendly and could speak english well. check-in was quick and professional. the staff arranged new rooms quickly after we requested a change, and the new rooms were clean.

The MTR was very near, as were buses and restaurants. Shops were also very close by. The lobby had a vending machine (a nice touch!) for toiletries and drinks.

There was a smell inside the bathroom, not pleasant. The shower handles also seemed broken. No water was provided in the rooms, either.

I appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the train station. The staff were helpful ! Denise was especially wonderful. She went out of her way to assist me. I also liked that the room was tidy, and it had everything I needed.

The breakfast variety was limited. It was the same every day, which became a bit monotonous.
