I found the hotel's location across from the train station convenient. This made traveling with luggage very easy. The availability of a convenience store right in the building was also helpful for quick needs.

The lack of readily available toothpaste was a slight inconvenience. I had to purchase it separately. I felt it could be included, considering the hotel's rating and overall service level.

the room was cleaned daily. the bed was always perfectly made. it felt special. beds and pillows ensured restful nights. the shower had great body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. i found many coffee shops, eateries, and convenience stores nearby. it was a short walk to biff square and jagalchi fish market.

the air conditioning seemed stuck on high. we called, but they said it wasn't broken. it.

the air conditioning was not adjustable. the room felt too warm. i had to open a window, but it was quite noisy outside.

The hotel's location is very convenient, being right next to the train station and subway (it made getting around so easy!). I especially liked that there were several local breakfast spots and a Starbucks nearby. It was very convenient for quick bites. The room was quiet, great for restful sleep after long days of exploring.

The air conditioning in my room did not seem very effective (it struggled to cool the space adequately).
