i enjoyed the convenient access to the lotte mall the attached mall offered a variety of food choices and shopping options the room included updated power outlets including 110v sockets i found the service very attentive and helpful the staff were eager to assist me

the location proved very convenient the rooms were spacious. bathroom facilities were excellent i found the staff friendly. the hotel was well-located.

i noticed some torn and stained sheets i asked for replacements but the replacements also had stains. i could hear footsteps from upstairs at night the walls seemed thin. the hotel didn't provide irons.

I found the bathroom fixtures showed some wear and tear. It could benefit from updates.
