The premier double room upgrade gave me an AMAZING view of the city and mountains. check-in was speedy. I got into my room an hour early! the room size impressed me. It felt huge for here, including a comfy king bed and nice bathroom. finding help was easy. Everyone answered all my questions.

the location proved very convenient the rooms were spacious. bathroom facilities were excellent i found the staff friendly. the hotel was well-located.

i noticed some torn and stained sheets i asked for replacements but the replacements also had stains. i could hear footsteps from upstairs at night the walls seemed thin. the hotel didn't provide irons.
