The premier double room upgrade gave me an AMAZING view of the city and mountains. check-in was speedy. I got into my room an hour early! the room size impressed me. It felt huge for here, including a comfy king bed and nice bathroom. finding help was easy. Everyone answered all my questions.

i really enjoyed my stay. i received a room upgrade, it was amazing. subtle luxury exists throughout the hotel (i really noticed this).

i discovered some broken tiles within the bathroom, that's a shame.

i enjoyed the convenient access to the lotte mall the attached mall offered a variety of food choices and shopping options the room included updated power outlets including 110v sockets i found the service very attentive and helpful the staff were eager to assist me

the lighting in the bathroom was somewhat dim for my liking

spacious rooms friendly staff stained sheets thin walls

the location proved very convenient the rooms were spacious. bathroom facilities were excellent i found the staff friendly. the hotel was well-located.

i noticed some torn and stained sheets i asked for replacements but the replacements also had stains. i could hear footsteps from upstairs at night the walls seemed thin. the hotel didn't provide irons.

the location was central and convenient. the staff ensured check-in was simple and quick. my room had a spacious layout, it even included a comfortable bed and modern amenities. i also found many dining options nearby.

I found the bathroom fixtures showed some wear and tear. It could benefit from updates.
