The location allowed easy access to both train stations and several department stores. Rooms were spacious and was clean. The reception staff was helpful and booked taxis for us to drive to the ktx station. I found this to be helpful.

The beds were quite hard. I hardly slept.

The room had both a separate bathroom and toilet. A jacuzzi in the room allowed relaxation after a day in the sun. The room size was reasonably large, offering ample space for luggage and movement.

a perfect modern escape

the room had modern design. it was big enough for me. a separate shower and a bathtub were there. i could see city buildings from the shower, it felt very romantic. the location was near the subway and pretty much in the center of everything.

i was on the 6th floor. loud music played until 4am because a bowling area was nearby. it seemed like sleep was at a disco. i should have asked for a room change.

breakfast had a great spread. the options changed daily and it was a delight. it provided a wonderful start before setting off to wander and it was romantic as everything else.

the lobby had a luggage weighing scale. bedside plug points were available. usb ports and type c ports were present on each side table too. all small attentions felt so loving.

The location was central. it was close to restaurants and shops. It made travel to different spots easy using the nearby subway. staff members were professional. I was impressed by the attentive cleaning crew, especially ms. bang, who was very helpful.

i noticed a very slight inconvenience. there wasn't an iron directly in the room, though there was a laundry room available.
