Fantastic Stay!
free shuttle spacious room convenient store
I loved the free shuttle bus service!!! It goes to the nearest MTR station. The hotel room was spacious, a welcome surprise. The 7-Eleven store right beside the hotel was useful. A32/E32 bus to and from HKIA is within a two-minute walk from the hotel.
I found slight wear in the bathroom fixtures.

Breakfast had a reasonable price and tasted good. There are a lot of choices.

The room has clean sheets and the shower is nice. Room service was very good, and linens and towels were replaced daily. Rooms offer mountain views, a lovely sight after working on the computer for hours.

Transportation is great because a free shuttle bus runs to Metroplaza near the Kwai Chung MTR station. A direct A32 bus goes from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is near the city center, allowing access to main attractions.

The hotel has free luggage keeping service before check-in or after checkout. Staff members are attentive, even on weekends. Check-in and check-out is very quick, so do not worry!

I found the rooms very clean. That really put me at ease. the hotel also provided a free shuttle to a nearby mall, so i didn't need to worry about transportation. staff members were helpful, always ready to assist with directions and information. i would return.

The shuttle service was really useful for getting to the mtr station and shopping areas. It departed on time. staff ensured our needs were met, answering questions. concierge offered helpful advice.
