the concierge lounge was excellent. jackie helped a lot with our luggage when leaving.

the aircon in the bedroom could not be adjusted and was not cold enough. i woke up sweating. i complained to management and we were told we could have breakfast in our room for the rest of our stay, but only the 'american breakfast' which is a much restricted option. it seemed like we were punished for complaining.

poor cleanlinesstransactional experience

i thought the hotel looked fine at first glance, however, several issues came up. the air conditioning barely worked, so the room was too warm. the bathroom cleanliness was not up to par. plus, staff asked for positive reviews immediately after providing a service. it all felt very transactional and lessened the experience.

the air conditioning did not work properly in my room, it was unable to be adjusted. i woke up sweaty each morning. the breakfast buffet also created a humiliating experience, staff let other people sit at my table while i got food.

the LOCATION was great.

the air conditioning was not cold enough , and i woke up sweating. staff at the breakfast buffet let another guest sit at our table while we were getting food , which was embarrassing. management only offered a limited 'american breakfast' as compensation , and the omelette maker seemed annoyed to make omelettes.

the beds were the most comfortable i have ever slept in. the bedding was superb it was such a tender, warm feeling. the japanese toilet was amazing. the robot.

The pool was pretty plain. I longed for a more enchanting aquatic space but nonetheless it was acceptable.
