the staff was friendly. the room was clean EVERY day. the accessibility to tourist spots was SUPER convenient.

the breakfast was average, but this is the ONLY criticism i have.

convenient location and helpful staff

easy distance regular service convenient location escalator access

the hotel was within easy walking distance to the escalator that took me to the shops. it also provided access to restaurants and bars. the escalator changed direction later in the day to take you back up. the regular shuttle service was a big plus (i appreciated this!).

i was a bit disappointed with the room size. i would book again, but definitely request a larger room.

the standard double room had clean linens and the description online was accurate. the air conditioning unit was effective and easy to control. housekeeping services were performed daily to a high standard.

the staff provided excellent customer service and were consistently friendly. concierge services were readily available, offering assistance with directions and local recommendations. the staff at the l1 cafe and the concierge team deserve special recognition.

the hotel offered a regular shuttle service to key areas, which helped in moving around easily. bus lines stopped directly near the hotel entrance. luggage storage facilities were available who needed them.

adequate stay, some drawbacks noticed

cramped room drying air

The room i had felt quite cramped. trying to maneuver with luggage proved difficult. the air conditioning also presented issues. It was either ineffective or overly drying. fresh air circulation was nonexistent. That was a disappointment.
