faulty shower impersonal service

I was somewhat disappointed with my room. the shower wasn't great. water sprayed everywhere, and the mixer tap had only one sweet spot. it was either scalding hot or freezing cold, so it was hard to relax (which i really needed after a long day). i also found that the front desk team could have been more engaging. They weren't rude, but they rarely looked up from their computers was great.

i was very happy with my stay. the location was convenient with easy access to transportation. i found helpful staff at the reception ready to assist with any questions i had.

The gym was a bit small. It lacked variety in equipment.

charmed by convenient location

great location efficient check-in helpful staff

i appreciated the great location allowing me to walk to eateries and the nearby mtr station it was very convenient. the check-in process was quick and efficient i found that helpful. i also found the staff friendly and helpful at the hotel.

i found the housekeeping inconsistent with the replenishing of tea bags and the changing of bed sheets. vacuuming and wiping of surfaces were not thorough . i hope the hotel will improve their cleaning service.

my room was upgraded to a platinum grand room and i appreciated the size and layout it was lovely. the room features a living room area a large comfortable bed and a nice bathroom including a very large bath. that was useful after a long day.
