The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. the location is close to shek mun mtr station. Travel was convenient and easy to access. in terms of dining options, there are a lot of shopping and eating facilities at the station! this is in addition to the hotel's in house restaurantswith great quality.

Being a titanium elite lifetime member did not get me much of an improvement in upgrades. The hotel rooms are small and need urgent renovating.

the hotel is near public transport. the bus stop to the airport is very close (a41p). staff were helpful. the room was clean (housekeeping did a good job).

i found dining options were a bit limited. the pool closed whenever it got cloudy (i think that's excessive). the gym was a little crowded during peak hours.

I enjoyed the comfy bed in my room. The room had useful equipment and it was VERY clean. I found the bus stop downstairs convenient. Free shuttle service to shopping locations was available.

The walk to the mtr station felt a little too quiet in the late evening. This was a VERY minor issue for me.
