LOVED IT! Great stay!
helpful staff
The staff, Karen and Shawn, were SUPER helpful. They answered ALL my questions. The location is perfect for exploring the city, especially if it is your first time! I felt comfortable returning during the day.
The MTR is a little hard to reach with luggage, unfortunately. I also noticed the hotel lacked a compendium with details on services, a shame.

The room was quite spacious. It had all the amenities I needed. I really appreciated the available air purifier and the fast Wi-Fi device for use around town. It was quite useful. It was a VERY GOOD ROOM!

The location is GREAT. Many restaurants are nearby. I walked ten minutes to Hong Kong station and the IFC mall. It WAS super convenient. I liked that the hotel is close to the Macau port and the Peak Tram.

i loved how friendly all the staff were, especially karen and shawn! karen gave amazing tips on enjoying the city! shawn showed real courtesy. plus, the location was perfect and the room, an executive room 4g pocket wi-fi device, felt so comfortable.
the room smelled a bit musty because of the old carpet. i wish they'd updated it.
