the location was acceptable. It was a short walk to a bus stop and not too far from a metro station.
the room was old. the mattress was TOO firm and lacked a topper, which ISN'T hygienic. the bathroom felt small and cramped.

The hotel is near Victoria Park and the Central Library. It's very convenient. Staff members were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance with a refund after my flight was canceled. I received breakfasts and free luggage storage as a returning customer, really useful for me.
I experienced a long wait for the lifts in the morning. That slowed me down a little.

the location is excellent it is near bus stops mtr station and shopping options. my room was a superior twin room it was a good size. breakfast was a buffet with many choices each day i appreciated the variety.
the lift was slow it sometimes caused delays.

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff helped with my luggage. the room was well-equipped with everything i needed for my stay. the location is convenient. It's just a short walk to the main area..
the walls seemed a bit thin as i could hear noises from the hallway and other rooms. the breakfast options were limited. i found that the same items were offered every day. the lack of variety made it a bit repetitive.

the location was fantastic. i appreciated the easy access to transportation and dining spots. the room had a great park view and really good housekeeping services! i really liked the size of my room as it felt relatively larger than others i've seen. the huge window offered beautiful city and harbor views.
the lifts were a bit slow, and sometimes it took a while to get to the ground floor.

i found the front desk staff to be helpful with smooth check-in and check-out processes. the hotel showed its commitment to sustainability with bamboo toothbrushes and plastic-free toothpaste provided in the room. i also appreciated the proximity to a starbucks, a pizza hut, a 7-eleven, an indonesian marketplace. several chinese restaurants all nearby. the room was quite clean indeed
the walls felt a little thin i could hear some noise from neighboring rooms but it wasn't too disruptive

The hotel location was really convenient, especially the short walk to causeway bay (it made shopping so easy!). the staff was always ready to help with luggage and calling cabs. They were very sweet. i found the room well furnished and spacious enough to open my luggage comfortably, something i always appreciate.
The breakfast choices were somewhat limited. I hoped for a wider selection of eggs and cereals. i really missed having more variety.
