mtr accesssound proofingroom sizeheater provision
i appreciated the proximity to wan chai mtr, it was a quick walk. the room had good sound proofing, important because the street is busy. my room, a superior plus king room, felt sizeable for the city, and i thought cleanliness was more than ok. they also provided a heater promptly when i asked.
the bedside charging points were absent, so charging my phone required some planning.

the staff responsed quickly to my requests and greeted me. they answered questions well. i felt especially grateful for the proactive help. i believe the hotel employees give a great, professional level of service.

bus stops are nearby, subway stations are also nearby, and even the airport bus is within easy walking distance. the hotel's location is fantastic. i found it near convenience stores and many restaurant options. the ferry to crossover to the city is easy to reach.

There is an excellent restaurant located in the same building. That was convenient. i saw several halal places nearby. breakfast had a simpler selection. it was still easy to find several items to choose. Overall it was adequate.

the room was quite cold. when i removed the card, the ac turned on maximum cold, it was unpleasant. also, the restaurant closed too early at 10pm.

lovely stay near the exhibition center

i traveled to a fair that was held at the exhibitions center. i could reach it directly through the walkway in five minutes, very convenient. the room was spacious and comfortable. the breakfast was complete, it had a buffet where i found many options, even some healthy ones.
the room was on the 29th floor. there was a lot of noise from motors, which did not stop at any time. this was very unpleasant and made sleep difficult. i really needed a quiet place after a long day at the fair.

the staff were knowledgeable about nearby restaurants. they provided clear directions to various places. the staff looked experienced and capable of quickly assisting guests with various issues that arose. i appreciated their prompt help.
