The location was okay. It was reasonably quiet.
The dated decor was a real letdown. Wallpaper peeled in places! the bathrooms especially showed their age, and it was like maintenance had been neglected for years, .

The staff were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with directions. The free shuttle service from the adjacent hotel provided easy access to the central business district. My room on one of the higher floors offered a nice view of the surrounding area..
The carpet in the room felt a little old and could use an update. I found the walls to be quite thin. I could hear noises from the adjacent room. The breakfast box had limited options..

The staff helped me to quickly get a taxi when I needed one. I found a convenient bus stop just outside the hotel, very useful. Shuttle service to central areas was very handy! The hotel's location allows easy access to transport and city attractions.

The location is near Wan Chai and a tram station, so it offered easy access to transport. I found many restaurants and city attractions easily accessible, made exploring very convenient. This is a great location!!!

The room had a lovely view, and it featured a very comfortable bed. I slept great! I found the room's cleanliness very excellent, and I enjoyed the convenient size. Hotel slippers and a hairdryer were provided. the aircon was great.
