The food tasted good. It was convenient that our rooms were cleaned daily. The staff was helpful and efficient. I liked that the hotel is good value for money.
The room felt very outdated. It surprised me that the sink was inside the room rather than in the bathroom. We only received one large towel and one small towel, it was not what I expected.

i appreciated the hotel's location right on the beach (a very short walk). it was also a very short walk to the high street, with a selection of shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and available, and they were always willing to assist with questions or requests.

the hotel's proximity to the beach and high street made exploring very convenient. easy access to the bus station allowed travel to other parts of the area. the wildheart animal sanctuary was nearby as well.

the family room shower provided ample space and was generally comfortable. clean towels and bedding were provided and were consistently refreshed. the room included tea-making facilities, awesome for a quick beverage.

the indoor pool was a plus. i used it several times . the seaside view from the hotel was excellent. it was worth the extra cost.
it was the kind where i had to pull open a heavy door and then hold back a strong metal gate. this was difficult when balancing luggage. I saw some older guests struggle with it.
