beautiful setting relaxing decor complimentary cake great shower noisy room back room
the setting was quite beautiful and peaceful. the decor had a simple yet relaxing quality and it offered a home away from home feeling. i found the shower to be great and the complimentary afternoon cake was a nice touch.
my room was located right by reception and it was noisy. it felt more like an extra back room and not a room one would expect at this level. i would have appreciated a quieter location.

Excellent Boutique Hotel Experience

excellent recommendation great size spa products free coffee
Max greeted us upon arrival and consistently checked on our satisfaction. He also provided an excellent dinner recommendation. Our room was a great size. The bathroom had spa products (I thought were very nice). Free coffee was available all day. Cake was offered in the afternoon too.
The fireplace in the bedroom was not great (it made everything smokey).

The bedroom featured communal rooms. The hotel included complimentary cake in the afternoon. I also had coffee from a bean to cup machine..
A FEW small tweaks in things like the linens could enhance the stay.

Acceptable but not excellent

noisy room leaking air conditioning
The breakfast was quite good with varied options.
Our room was close to reception and VERY noisy. I was like it wasn't worth the price. The air conditioning started leaking in the afternoon and the staff only offered a bucket. The dripping through the night was awful..
