warm hospitality beautiful artwork spacious balcony
The front desk staff showed warm hospitality from arrival to check out. The hotel features beautiful artwork, vibrant colors, and lovely furniture. I admired the ocean view from our room. Waking up to that view was great. A spacious balcony included a sofa and table with chairs. Numerous restaurants, bars, and a pharmacy are easily accessible outside the hotel.

The fitness center contains modern equipment, including three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It is well-kept. The rooftop pool area has twenty loungers and a shaded section for relaxation. Bicycle rentals are also conveniently available for exploring the area.

Daily housekeeping ensures rooms are super clean and well-organized, with attention to detail. Turndown service included fresh towels and arrangement of personal items. It was charming.

Lovely Stay on the Waterfront
modern design late cleaning prime location
Our penthouse had a modern design. The hotel staff accommodated late cleaning requests. I liked the rooftop bar with its amazing views. It was perfect. The spa. I also enjoyed the prime location near several vibrant attractions.
The hotel's lobby had a signature scent that was overpowering.

The hotel sits right on the waterfront in a peaceful seaside setting. It is within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby. It is very convenient for exploring.

Really good Stay with Great Service
friendly staff excellent service free parking
This hotel seemed like home. The staff were friendly and always willing to help (shoutout to Jayson, the manager!). I enjoyed excellent room service with complimentary same-day ironing. Free valet parking made everything easier.
The lobby's signature scent was slightly overpowering, I must say.

The staff accommodated a late cleaning request promptly. They also delivered Uber Eats directly to the room. The team's willingness to ensure comfort was great and very appreciated.

The room had quality linen and lovely bathroom amenities. A burning scented candle welcomed me upon arrival. A personalized note and fresh water were nice touches (the small details mattered!).
