The location was GREAT!!! It was just outside the V&A Waterfront. This allowed easy shopping. The hotel gave us an early check in. This was very helpful. The rooftop pool was very nice for afternoon relaxation. I liked it.
The lobby Scent was a little overpowering for me.

Our penthouse had a modern design. The hotel staff accommodated late cleaning requests. I liked the rooftop bar with its amazing views. It was perfect. The spa. I also enjoyed the prime location near several vibrant attractions.
The hotel's lobby had a signature scent that was overpowering.

The hotel sits right on the waterfront in a peaceful seaside setting. It is within walking distance to the V&A Waterfront. Many restaurants and cafes are nearby. It is very convenient for exploring.

This hotel seemed like home. The staff were friendly and always willing to help (shoutout to Jayson, the manager!). I enjoyed excellent room service with complimentary same-day ironing. Free valet parking made everything easier.
The lobby's signature scent was slightly overpowering, I must say.

The staff accommodated a late cleaning request promptly. They also delivered Uber Eats directly to the room. The team's willingness to ensure comfort was great and very appreciated.

The room had quality linen and lovely bathroom amenities. A burning scented candle welcomed me upon arrival. A personalized note and fresh water were nice touches (the small details mattered!).
