Excellent Beach Proximity

The hotel sits close to the beach. It is also on a side street away from the busy main road. The gym included equipment for my workouts. I found the hotel owner helpful with restaurant recommendations.
The coffee machine in my room did not work. The bathroom door also made a loud noise. The shower door did not close correctly.

The room offered a fully equipped kitchen. I had a mini bar and complementary breakfast items.. Freshly delivered bread arrived each morning. The kitchen had a microwave oven and an induction stove.

the suite faced the ocean. it had a private heated pool right on the patio i could use anytime. the hotel provided a fully equipped kitchen that included a microwave oven and induction stove i found especially useful. there was also a gas braai for barbecues
the airport shuttle i had arranged needed a follow-up call to confirm it i found a little inconvenient

the staff were just a message away to help me with any request. the hotel provided gluten-free bread for my wife showing attentiveness to dietary needs. the reception staff were super nice making me feel very welcome

lovely accommodation near the beach
staff interaction spacious room available laundry
the staff seemed happy at their work, this came through in guest interactions. our spacious room had a kitchen and views of the bay. i liked laundry being available downstairs, a big plus. we were close to restaurants, about five minutes away.
the hotel lacked some expected amenities. it doesn't feel like a real hotel. there's no restaurant where i could relax or have a drink.

the staff was attentive. they seemed genuinely kind and eager to assist. yaerika at reception offered great restaurant suggestions and secured the best table for us.

this location is close to great restaurants and the beach. it's directly across from the tidal pool. many cafes are a few minutes walk. the area felt safe for evening walks.

the rooftop terrace has sensational views, sunsets are great from there. the gym is available . towels are provided for beach visits, also bottled water. art is located throughout the hotel.
