I really liked that the check-in staff were very friendly and accommodated my early arrival. They fulfilled my request for a ground floor room overlooking the lake. The pool area offered cushioned sun beds and large towels. Breakfast had a good choice of food available.

I noticed the lounge area seemed outdated. The decor didn't work very well.

The breakfast had a really good choice of food available. staff at check in were accommodating with our early arrival. They ensured a ground floor room was available. i requested it overlooking the lake.

the rooms are looking tired, with poor wardrobe space. i had only three hangers in my room and no more were provided after my request.
