underwhelming stay, issues with service
poor service rude staff
the location is convenient to surrounding areas.
the service was not good from check-in to departure. the room felt outdated considering the price i paid. staff attitude wasn't great either.

Excellent Stay with Great Service
friendly staff ground floor cushioned sunbeds
I really liked that the check-in staff were very friendly and accommodated my early arrival. They fulfilled my request for a ground floor room overlooking the lake. The pool area offered cushioned sun beds and large towels. Breakfast had a good choice of food available.
I noticed the lounge area seemed outdated. The decor didn't work very well.

The reception staff was very helpful and competent during check in. Wait staff were accommodating to special requests. Housekeeping was on hand and available to help.

The room was very clean, with lovely bedding and pillows. The room included a comfortable bed. The temperature was right upon arrival. The rooms are large at least mine was.

poor water pressure no water
the breakfast was acceptable it had a decent variety of options
the shower had very poor water pressure on one occasion there was no water at all it was frustrating not being able to shower properly after a long day

good choice early arrival
The breakfast had a really good choice of food available. staff at check in were accommodating with our early arrival. They ensured a ground floor room was available. i requested it overlooking the lake.
the rooms are looking tired, with poor wardrobe space. i had only three hangers in my room and no more were provided after my request.
