I had a really good time. The hotel has secure parking and some undercover spots. I found a lovely bar area with great mountain views. My bedroom was spacious and included a well set up kitchenette. The neat double door fridge helped refreeze my ice blocks, this helped my travelling.
The Charleston Restaurant was unavailable for a special evening as it was pre booked by an Education Department conference.

The breakfast had fresh food and was really delicious. A quick service comes from the staff. The hotel accommodated my request for gluten-free food. The team and chef were amazing.

Two good pools are on the premises, one has normal water and one has warm water. The hotel has tranquil gardens where guests relax. I also enjoyed the jacuzzi bath in my room. I enjoyed massages too.

This place has a very quiet location, great if you like that. The hotel is situated in the middle of the town. You can easily access nearby facilities. It is worth staying here.

i stayed in a classic art deco double room. it had a large smart tv! the bed was comfortable. the room included two separate sinks.
The floorboards creaked a little. I could hear people walking outside the door.

the staff were friendly , and they went out of their way to. i appreciated the good supply of coffee and tea in my room , and it was nice to have proper milk instead of just creamer. i also enjoyed the massages , which were very relaxing after a long day of traveling.
the wifi was very poor , and it was not hi speed. the flat tv in the room only had netflix , but with the poor wifi , i could not stream anything. the food in the restaurant was below average , and i was disappointed with the quality.

the room i had felt somewhat neglected it had furniture that seemed old and really should be replaced. there was a noticeable musty odor. the bed wasn't comfortable and the bathroom had some stains , made me uneasy during showers

I appreciated the thoughtful acknowledgment of my dietary needs, the chef prepared delicious gluten-free meals. The breakfast offered a good variety of proteins, alongside fresh fruit. I found the staff to be friendly and professional, always greeting guests with a smile. I enjoyed the beautifully landscaped gardens, they provided a serene environment near the pool.
I found the water quality from the tap concerning, though bottled water was not offered in the room.

Breakfast had a large choice with tasty dinners, also I found the coffee bar area was very pleasant. The restaurant provides a good variety of options, I was impressed with the presentation. Service was efficient, friendly and professional.

The hotel has a beautiful pool area, I could relax and enjoy the nice gardens. The spa was great, I treated myself to a wonderful spa treatment. There are authentic sitting areas to relax in, the bar had predinner drinks available.

My room in the garden was spacious and light, furthermore I found the large bed comfortable. The decor follows an art deco ambiance, it includes modern amenities. I found everything to be clean and well maintained, I enjoyed a quiet night's rest.
