Derwent House offers rooms in the pool and garden wings (20m2) with views, terraces, city views, and pool access. En-suite bathrooms include shower stalls or showers in baths. The main building houses Beautiful Rooms (28 to 35m2) with views and/or terraces, and separate bathrooms with showers or separate showers and baths. The suite features a double bedroom, full en-suite bathroom, a lounge with kitchenette, and a private terrace with Signal Hill views. It accommodates two adults and a third adult on a double sofa bed. The apartment (65m2), in the neighboring building with a separate entrance, is suitable for up to 3 adults, featuring a full kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom, and off-street parking. Guests in the apartment can use the pool, honesty bar, WiFi, and guest laptop, and have access to tea, coffee, and cake.

Breakfast and Dining

Breakfast includes a cold buffet with seasonal fruit, yoghourt, cereals, local and European cheeses, German cold cuts, croissants, pain au chocolat, rolls, pastries, ciabatta, and rye bread from Woodstock Bakery. The menu offers hot and cold made-to-order items, from a full English breakfast to Franschhoek trout on scrambled eggs and Dr Paw Paw.
