defective shower door unresponsive staff
The breakfast was acceptable, with a reasonable variety of options.
Our room was not in the best condition. The shower door did not close properly, so water leaked all over the floor. I also requested a flatter pillow. HOWEVER, nobody ever responded to my request (kind of rude, tbh).

Villa Stay, Exquisite setting and free shuttle!
manicured surrounding free shuttle
The gardens looked very manicured. I received a warm welcome from the staff! The room features a balcony with mountain views. The hotel operates a free shuttle into town. This is very helpful and convenient.

slow check-in broken telephone
breakfasts were good and bountiful, plenty to eat each morning.
the check in was slow, i waited nearly one hour for reasons that weren't really clear, this wasn't the start i hoped for. the room had some issues, like the fridge not working properly and a broken telephone. i also noticed the high price didn't quite match the room's quality.

I found the breakfast selection quite extensive. it was beautifully presented too. the staff were very helpful. underfloor heating was a treat in my cottage room. i also liked the whatsapp reception. It provided assistance when needed.
the hotel gym was missing equipment i expected. there was no draught beer available at the bar. i found the bar area quite cold.

unnecessary frustration uncooked toast
breakfast had a wide selection of food.

Fine Stay in Villa
mountain view shuttle service
The mountain view was beautiful. My room was a One-Bedroom Villa. Breakfasts were great with many options. I appreciated the shuttle to town. Free secure parking was beneficial. The staff are always friendly and helpful.
The outside electricity boxes made a constant beeping sound all night. Doors closed poorly.
