The service I received was really good, the staff were helpful. They assisted with restaurant bookings. The breakfast was excellent. I found a wide range of fresh fruit.
The room got quite warm. The air conditioning was not working correctly.

The hotel staff promptly arranged taxis and dinner reservations for me. The breakfast offered many choices and included a variety of fresh fruits. I particularly appreciated the convenient location, close to restaurants and the wine tram terminal.
The room's air conditioning was not functioning, so temperature control was difficult.

Two pools are available , one is a heated pool for cooler days. I did not use them. A bar area offers a selection of drinks in a relaxing atmosphere.

I appreciated the prompt assistance upon arrival. Staff quickly arranged for our car to be retrieved from a nearby car park (a very helpful touch!). The complimentary afternoon tea with cake was also a treat.
